Where does the greeter actually wait?

Inside the SPU arrivals hall, past baggage, before the public exit. You will have their photo and phone number in advance, and they hold whatever sign you want or none at all.

Can you arrange fast-track through the airport?

Where SPU permits it, yes, arranged ahead of time so you spend less time in the public terminal. It has to be requested when you book so we can confirm it before you travel.

Question 3

Do you handle planeside pickups for private jets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We coordinate with the FBO and your handler so the car meets the aircraft on the apron and the walk from the steps to the seat is a few metres.

Question 4

How discreet is this really?

Accepted Answer

The cars are unmarked, the drivers do not discuss guests, and we do not put anyone's name on anything public. If you want to be met without a sign at all, we do that too.

Question 5

Will you work with my own security team?

Accepted Answer

Regularly. We take route notes, drop points and timing from your team, run an advance car if needed, and our drivers follow direction without pushing back.

What about prices?

Price is confirmed on booking, once we know the flight, the vehicle and what the arrival involves. Croatia uses the euro and you get the figure in writing before you commit.
