Meet-and-greet arrivals for guests who would rather not stand in a crowd holding a phone. A greeter inside the terminal, a quiet car at the kerb, the 24 km to the old town handled while you take calls or say nothing at all.
SPU has one main terminal and it fills up fast in July and August. The walk from the gate to the exit is short, so the difference between a good arrival and a bad one is whether the right person is standing in the right place before you clear the doors. We track the actual landing, not the schedule, so a greeter is inside arrivals as you come through. Bags are taken quietly, the car is close, and we leave before anyone works out who you are. If you need to skip the public concourse entirely on a private flight, that gets arranged planeside with the handler in advance.

For one to three guests who want a dark, quiet saloon and a driver who does not fill the silence.

Planeside pickup coordinated with the FBO and handler, so the walk from aircraft to car is a few metres.
Planeside coordinationSend the flight or tail number, how many are travelling and anything we should keep quiet. We will come back with the greeter and car sorted, and the price, before you fly.
Inside the SPU arrivals hall, past baggage, before the public exit. You will have their photo and phone number in advance, and they hold whatever sign you want or none at all.
Where SPU permits it, yes, arranged ahead of time so you spend less time in the public terminal. It has to be requested when you book so we can confirm it before you travel.
Yes. We coordinate with the FBO and your handler so the car meets the aircraft on the apron and the walk from the steps to the seat is a few metres.
